*Hi, I am Naomi Clark
My own yoga story started at age 3 whilst attending pregnancy yoga with my mother in 1974. I came back to yoga in 1998 by practicing Iyengar and Hatha Yoga - but after my spine and knees were damaged in a car accident, it was Bikram Hot Yoga classes that fixed me.
I taught in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jamaica, Ibiza, and London before opening the first Bikram Hot Yoga Studio in Brighton - the very first to open in UK outside of London. That was back in 2002, and over the past 18 years I’ve enjoyed setting up hot yoga studios, mentoring new teachers and deepening my own advanced practice while giving both private and corporate clients access to both the beginner and intermediate series as well as restorative yoga therapy.
A highlight of my career was International Yoga Day 2017. I was honoured to teach over 450 people in one huge open air yoga class in Potters Fields to remember those who sadly lost their lives in the London Bridge terror attack and to show support for the London Bridge community.
My latest mission is to bring my expertise to people in the safety of their own living rooms and build an online community of fit, happy and healthy Hot Yogis.
